Say Cheers! is available for free from Microsoft's Internet Software Development Center (ISD). If you have your Windows 7 operating system already installed, download and install Cheers! Say cheers for life on your Windows desktop through this simple application! When you're done with installing the application, click the "start" button and then follow the on-screen prompts.
To do a free online term toast, go to the link on the Windows website. Once there, you'll find a link for "terms and conditions." Click on that link and then click the "read me" link to get started. You'll be asked to insert a blank document so that the application can generate your personalized toast. It's just as easy to print your custom free Cheers! Just download the printable toast template, select your recipient and then simply click print to print out the template. A printed copy will be just as cute as a hand written one!
